For over one hundred years, the skilled, trained, professional Journeymen and Apprentices of Local 10 have served the State of Oregon and SW Washington counties. They have provided the services to the construction industry that have allowed this region's communities and businesses to grow and thrive.

We represent members who work in a wide variety of fields, including the Commercial and Industrial painting industries,  the Metal Trades/Shipyard industry, as well as Marine industry workers.  Our representation brings our members dignity with benefits provided by our Signatory Contractors, including health benefits for the member and their family, along with retirement benefits for a rewarding career opportunity. Our members can also be found working under several public employee contracts; the Port of Portland, the Port of Longview, Portland Public Schools, the City of Portland, Portland Housing Authority, Vancouver Housing Authority, and Union Manor Management.
